Chihuahua Girl and Boy Waiting for a New Owner in the Bronx (NY)   Adorable Chihuahua puppies are looking for their new families in the Bronx. These small dogs love to be close to their people. They’re brave, clever, and not afraid to stand up to much bigger dogs. Energetic, curious, and relatively intelligent, Chihuahuas respond well to training, though they can be a little stubborn at times. They typically get along well with other pets and older children. Because of their small size, they are quite delicate, which owners should always keep in mind. Our boy and girl have a beautiful spotted coat. They’ve been dewormed, treated for parasites, and are up to date on their vaccines. They’re now 6 weeks old and ready to go home. Chihuahuas require special care: regular scheduled meals (due to a risk of sudden blood sugar drops), warm clothing in colder months, and early socialization and training.
