Effective August 21, 2026. This policy applies to puppiesclub.us and the PuppiesClub mobile application.
Account and contact details; listing text, photos, videos, and location; buyer and seller messages; verification and safety submissions; subscription and transaction records; saved items and preferences; and technical data needed to operate and protect the service. Payment card details are handled by the applicable payment provider and are not stored as complete card numbers by PuppiesClub.
We use information to create and secure accounts, publish and moderate listings, connect buyers and sellers, provide support, process service purchases, deliver requested notifications, prevent fraud and abuse, measure reliability, and comply with legal obligations.
We disclose information only when needed to provide the service, such as hosting, storage, email delivery, analytics, fraud prevention, payment processing, and customer support providers; when a user chooses to publish listing or seller-profile details; or when required by law. We do not sell personal information for money.
Account and marketplace data is kept while the account is active and for a limited period afterward when required for security, dispute handling, fraud prevention, financial records, or legal compliance. Public content is removed or de-identified when an account deletion is completed, except where retention is legally required.
You can update profile and notification settings, request a copy or correction of personal data, and delete your account from the mobile app. You can also submit a deletion request through the public account-deletion page without reinstalling the app.
PuppiesClub uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Users must be at least 18 to create listings or enter marketplace transactions.

We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
