You must provide accurate account information, protect your password and verification codes, and promptly report unauthorized access. Users must be at least 18 to publish listings, purchase seller services, or enter a puppy transaction.
PuppiesClub provides listing, discovery, communication, and seller-service tools. Unless expressly stated otherwise, PuppiesClub is not the buyer, seller, breeder, veterinarian, transporter, escrow provider, or party to a puppy transaction. Users are responsible for evaluating each other and the transaction.
Sellers must have authority to offer every listed puppy, use current and accurate media, disclose material health and availability information, keep listing status current, follow applicable animal-welfare and consumer laws, and avoid deceptive or duplicate content.
Buyers must independently verify the puppy, seller identity, health and registration records, pickup or delivery terms, and payment instructions. Never share one-time security codes or send funds when details are inconsistent.
Paid plans and promotions apply to PuppiesClub digital services and do not guarantee inquiries, ranking, a sale, or a specific result. Prices, renewal terms, cancellation options, and the applicable platform billing terms are shown before purchase.
We may review, limit, reject, archive, or remove content and restrict accounts to protect users, enforce these terms, address legal requests, or prevent fraud and abuse. Users may delete their account, subject to limited retention described in the Privacy Policy.
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, PuppiesClub does not guarantee seller claims, puppy health, delivery, transaction completion, uninterrupted availability, or specific marketplace results. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. Continued use after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions can be sent through Contact PuppiesClub.
