3. Video Verification & Reels
To enhance platform safety and prevent fraud, Puppies Club encourages the use of live video content. Sellers acknowledge that uploaded videos are intended to prove the physical possession of the pet. Buyers are encouraged to view these videos to verify the legitimacy of a listing before making any financial commitments.
4. Payments and Deliveries
Puppies Club is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from transactions between users. Sellers are solely responsible for:
- Defining available delivery methods (Local Pickup, Local Delivery, or Shipping).
- Ensuring the safety and health of the puppy during transport.
- Providing necessary health documentation and vaccination records.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Posting fraudulent or misleading listings.
- Engaging in animal cruelty or promoting irresponsible breeding practices.
- Using the platform to distribute spam or malicious software.
- Harassing other members of the community.
6. Limitation of Liability
Puppies Club shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to disputes between buyers and sellers, health issues with purchased pets, or delivery failures.
